Aandachtspunten
Poten
Pootgoed in het witte-puntjesstadium en in een goede structuur poten.
Teelt
Lijkt niet gevoelig voor Sencor.
2e N-gift na knolzetting.
Lijkt gevoelig voor Alternaria; preventieve bestrijding aanbevolen.
Bruinverkleuring is een aandachtspunt, Calcium en Borium bemesting lijkt zinvol (niet als bladbemesting).
Oogst & bewaring
Doodgespoten perceel goed laten afharden; Simphony is gevoelig voor rooibeschadiging en stootblauw. Rooi alleen bij droog weer.
Na oogsten het product zo snel mogelijk droog draaien en droog houden.
Na de wondheling geleidelijk terugkoelen en bewaren bij een stabiele temperatuur van 7,5 °C.
