About Aviko From farm to fork

Everything starts with the potato: "at the right time, the right source, in the right place, that's what it's all about."

Aviko in Dronten specializes in potato procurement, quality management, logistics organization in Western Europe, and the in-depth potato knowledge that comes with it. Additionally, Aviko from this location is involved in raw material-related matters for Aviko factories outside Europe.

Aviko contracts more than a thousand potato growers in the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Belgium. During the growing season, we analyze samples from batches to monitor quality and conditions.

Based on this, we deliver the right potatoes to Aviko's various production locations. Where the potatoes are cleaned, sorted, and processed into more than 100 different potato products, such as potato granules, potato flakes, chilled potato products, frozen and fresh fries, and various potato specialties.
